Mindy Shipley has managed the agency for over 15 years. She has been heavily involved in insurance for many years. She is married to her husband of 20 years, Michael, and they have two daughters who are involved in sports and local activities. Shelbyville is Mindy's hometown and she is always giving back to her community. As part of the Chamber of Commerce, she is an ambassador in her community in helping local businesses grow. The Shipley family has been in love with the local area and clientele and is here to serve their community.

Hallean Richey is the Admin Assistant for Superior Insurance. She has grown up in the area and is here to help with anything needed to help grow the agency. She is dedicated to customer service and helping families in the area.
